I designed a set of Parmesan knives for BOSKA.
Most parm knives look alike. This is because they are made in the same way by the same factories for over half a century. No vendor was truly innovative.
I determined the sense of quality of a Parmesan knife would be formed by a seamless transition of materials, a weightier heft, and elegant usage of a full-tang structure.
The knives were awarded an IF award in 2025.
